Terms and Conditions of Use

Note: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accepting this agreement and before using this site. Make sure to print these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the site www.CasinoRedKings.com and any other sites operated by Skill On Net Ltd.

Skill on Net Ltd, registered in Malta under Reg. No. C50024, is authorized by the Lotteries and Gaming Authorities (LGA) of Malta to offer remote gaming. The company holds the following licence: LGA/CL1/563/2009.

Skill on Net Ltd has its Registered Office and Business address at Villa Seminia, 8, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta’ Xbiex XBX1011 Malta and is regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta.

In the following Terms and Conditions, Skill on Net Ltd is referred to as Skill on Net, We, Us or some other name of similar purport. In these Terms and Conditions you are referred to as the customer, you, the player or by some other term of the same purport.

We consider these terms to be fair. Should you need any advice regarding these or any other part of our service, in your own and our interests please contact us via our Customer Services Department, and your trusted legal advisor. Please note that all telephone calls are recorded on security tapes. For transaction security we use SSL encryption. All customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties.

By clicking the Accept button at the end of this document, or when you install the software, you will thereby acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. By clicking the Accept button at the end of this document you will thereby enter a legally binding agreement between you and Casino RedKings. If you do not agree with any of these terms of this agreement you should not click Accept.

By using this website and/or software you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our disclaimer and any other terms or conditions that management may see fit to impose from time to time.

Failure to comply with this agreement once you have agreed to may result in disqualification, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action against you as deemed appropriate by Casino RedKings.

This Agreement is written in English and is only currently available in English. If this Agreement is translated into another language, the English version will prevail. Note that Euros is the only currency referenced in this document. Non euro account holders should substitute the euro sign for the sign in their own currency.

Legal Requirements for Playing the Game

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age in the jurisdiction in which you are viewing this Web Site or using the software, in order to use the Casino RedKings website and/or software. Casino RedKings reserve the right at any time to suspend your account and request from you evidence of age in order to ensure that minors are not using our services. The documents we accept as proof of age are:

  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of driving license
  • Copy of an official ID Card

Players from the Republic of Cyprus, Israel, Turkey, France and the USA are not permitted to deposit any money into a Real Money account, nor play in Real Money mode. All IP addresses originating from the Republic of Cyprus, Israel, Turkey, France or the USA are blocked from such processing.

By playing the Games, you acknowledge that you are doing so according to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction in which you are viewing this Web Site and/or using the software.

Your participation in the Games is at your sole discretion and risk.

Players registering as a business entity must have the authority to represent their business in this Agreement. Any player falsely representing a business entity will be solely responsible for any damages to Casino RedKings or the business they have represented.

By accepting this agreement you are stating that you do not find the services we provide through our website and/or software offensive, unfair or questionable.

You also acknowledge that Casino RedKings is unable to provide you with any legal advice or assurances at any time.

Grant of License

Casino RedKings grants the user a license to use a single copy of Skill On Net Ltd’s software programs(s) (“the software”) and related documentation provided by Casino RedKings according and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • The user may not sell, rent, lease, transfer or grant any other right of the Software. The user may not reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble the Software.
  • The user may not disclose the software to any third party, make derivative works based upon it, or use it for any purpose except the specific uses expressly permitted in the user documentation, which accompanies the Software.
  • Software is made available on an “As Is” basis only and without any warranty or indemnity of any kind. Your use of the Software and Services is at your own risk.

Real Money Mode and Practice Mode

By using the software and website, you will be able to play in either the “Real Money” mode or “Practice” mode. In the “Real Money” mode, real money may be wagered and gained. In “Real Money” mode you will be required to pay funds into your Account by any of the methods specified from time to time by Casino RedKings. Such funds will be deposited into your Account upon actual receipt of funds by the Company and/or its agents. Minimum and maximum limits may be applied to the payments into your Account, depending upon your history with Casino RedKings, the method of deposit, and other factors as determined solely by the Company. The Company is not a bank and funds are not insured by any government agency. All payments to and from your Account must be paid in the currencies available on the Services from time to time and shall not bear interest and all payments into your Account must be from a payment source on which you are the named account holder.

In the “Practice” mode, no real money is played. Funds played in “Practice” mode have no value in and of themselves and are kept separate from “Real Money” funds. They are not transferable to a “Real Money” account nor are they redeemable for any currency.

Note: It is not advisable to play the “Real Money” mode before trying the “Practice” mode. Casino RedKings recommends players to practice in the “Practice” mode prior to playing in “Real Money” mode.

It is the player’s responsibility to make sure that he reads and understands all the rules and procedures of the RVGCasinoRedKings.com games on the website(s) prior to playing real money play games.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that betting might result in losing monies and that all losses incurred by you as a result of betting via the Skill On Net services will be your sole responsibility

Players from the Republic of Cyprus, Israel, Turkey and the USA are not permitted play in Real Money mode.

User Accounts

In order to use Casino RedKings you must download and install the software, and open an account. The information you provide during account registration must be true, complete and up to date.

Customers may only open and operate a single account. Where a customer is identified with more than one account we reserve the right to suspend these accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to the same customer) are consolidated. Once completed, all accounts will be closed and Skill on Net may return all deposits without bonuses made so far on these accounts to the Player. Any withdrawals made to the Player from one of these accounts will be considered an unauthorised withdrawal and will be claimed back..

All information supplied when registering with the site MUST be accurate, complete and not misleading in all respects. CasinoRedKings.com reserves the right to confirm a customer's address by posting an address verification letter by mail to the customer. However, CasinoRedKings.com reserves the right to initiate the verification procedure by contacting you by e­mail, phone or live chat. Phone calls are recorded and may be used as evidence at the sole discretion of CasinoRedKings.com

There are three types of accounts:

Practice Account

A Practice account does not use real money, and funds used to play hold no monetary value whatsoever. Your name and email are the only requirements to register for a Practice account.

Bonus Account

A Bonus account does not require the deposit of real funds. are subject to change, and are described in the section below. Your name, email, address, and other information are required to register for a Bonus account.

Real Money Account

In order to change status to a Real Money account a minimum deposit amount is required as well as the initial registration requirements. The minimum deposit requirement is subject to change at any time. Withdrawals will only be processed if a player has a Real Money account, and according to the real money balance of that player and fulfillment of bonus requirements as detailed in the Casino RedKings bonus policy.

After purchase you will receive an e-mail notification. We recommend the cardholder to print out all transaction data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations, and the payment methods in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time and keep them at an easily accessible place.

All orders will be effected immediately.

After purchase the customer is able to play immediately.

Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not use Your Player Account on behalf of another person. You may only create one Player Account. Any use of Your Player Account is strictly for Your own private purposes. Any actions carried out through your account will stand if your user name and password have been entered correctly. We take absolutely no responsibility for any third party accessing Your Player Account and We shall not be liable for any losses incurred by You as a result of such an event. Any activation of Your Player Account while using the correct Password and Username will be considered by Us as a valid entry by You into Your Player Account. Should You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Player Account You are obligated to immediately notify us and we will suspend your Player Account pending further investigation of such unauthorized use. If you are using a shared computer we advise that the checkbox to remember password is kept unchecked at all time.

All financial transactions are processed through SKill Processing LTD and will show up on statements as SKP*Casino RedKings, Skill Processing, Aquapay Malta, code PREMIUM-VERSAILLES or Casino RedKings.

New deposits can not be made while you have a withdrawal pending in your account. If new deposits are made while there is a withdrawal pending, that withdrawal request will be cancelled, and your funds will be refunded to your Real Money Balance.

A user is not able to register more than one account in the system. Any attempt to try and deceive management by registering multiple accounts in another user name to gain bonus money will be deemed as abuse, and will result in the account being suspended, bonus money being removed, winnings voided and the option to withdraw monies being canceled. Withdrawals can only be made based upon the initial registration information provided by the player. Incorrect or misleading data in personal details and/or contact details such as phone number or email address will result in all winnings to be voided.

  • For a withdrawal or general winnings above what you have deposited a user will be required to send proof of address, proper identification, and any other documentation that may be required to identify the user and adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines.
  • Please note that you may not withdraw any funds including winnings, if you have pending bonuses or have not made your first deposit and played the required number of games.
  • Please also note that documentation in the form of ID, utility bill/statement or copies of the front and back of your credit card may be required on a 1st deposit and withdrawal. Any unused bonus balance will be removed in the event of a withdrawal.

The maximum winning amount that a player can cash-out is €10,000 per calendar month.

Players who make a First Time Deposit via Credit Card: will be contacted to verbally verify their deposits.

Players who make a credit card deposit using someone else’s credit card, will be requested to provide copies of the credit card, ID documents from the credit card holder and Casino RedKings account holder and will be sent via email a Letter of Authority form. This form must be signed and completed by the Credit Card Holder and the Casino RedKings account holder.

Any deposits made, exceeding the accumulative amount of €200, will be required to provide relevant documents as requested by our Cashier.

Any or all of the following Documents may be required as proof of Identity:

  • copy of identification card(s)
  • copy of Drivers License
  • copy of the front and back of the credit card being used to make the deposit (middle 8 digits may be banked out)
  • copy of Up-to-Date Utility Bill clearly showing name and address
  • Bank Statement
  • Signed Deposit Confirmation Form
  • Credit Card Statement

If no documents or Signed Deposit Form are sent for verification your account will be suspended until verification is completed.

If a player initiates with a chargeback or disputes a deposit made at Casino RedKings, all monies paid to such a user including winnings, will be claimed back with immediate effect.

*Please note that winnings stand for an amount which is more than the total deposits made by a player. As a condition for payment, winnings will not be issued until such documentation has been received. Please also note that any winnings over the value of €5000 may take up to 5 business days to process. This is due to extra security checks made by our accounts department.

Inaccurate or false information provided when setting up a Real Money account will result in the player being unable to make a withdrawal from the system. This is aside from any penalties or actions taken from Casino RedKings as per the terms of breach of contract.

Any player suspected to be working in a group, or collaborating in any other way directly or indirectly with other players will result in closing of the accounts and all winnings will be void.

Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments through promotional offers results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, CasinoRedKings.com reserves the right not to apply or honour the bonus element of such offers and settle bets at the odds it deems at its sole discretion to be fair and correct.

Bonuses

Each bonus will have its own specific requirements for transferring eligibility from a Bonus balance to a Real money balance. The standard bonus terms can be viewed in our bonus policy.

If a specific bonus requires a bonus code to be used, then the bonus will not be credited unless such bonus code is entered when requested.

When multiple bonuses have been credited to the account, points earned will go towards the bonus requirements of each bonus in the order they were added to the account.

The Bonus balance can never be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is made, the remaining bonus balance will be removed.

If a player has received more than 2 free bonuses on his account, he needs to have wagered 2000 or more in the last 14 days in order to be eligible for further free bonuses. If user hasn't wagered this amount and claims a free bonus, he will automatically opt out of all future bonuses.

If a bonus is forfeited by the user then also any Winnings in the account will be voided in this case.

The management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. The management reserves the right not to issue the bonus if it feels that any form of abuse or unfaithful actions have been conducted by the player.

We regularly send promotional emails with bonus offers. You are only eligible for the bonus if you received the email directly from us.

Only one bonus per household may be issued. A user is not able to register more than one account in the system. Any attempt to try and deceive management by registering multiple accounts to gain bonus money will be deemed as bonus abuse and will result in the account being suspended and removal of your funds.

All wagering must be in Real Money mode for qualification for any bonus. Accurate address and contact details must be supplied.

Payment of Funds

Payment of funds that you withdraw shall be made by check, wire, credit card, Neteller, Moneybookers or any other manner that Casino RedKings selects in its sole discretion. The method by which players receive cash-outs will depend upon which payment methods have been used as well as the amounts of those transactions.

When a deposit is made via credit card, all subsequent withdrawals at least to the amount deposited will be paid back to the credit card where admissible. We will try to add the full amount you request to your credit card but some CC companies only allow the deposit amount to be added. Any money we can’t add to your card will go to an alternative method of your choice. If a MasterCard was used then an alternative method needs to be chosen for the whole amount as MasterCard do not allow us to pay money back to your card. When a deposit is made via an online wallet, the amount deposited will be paid back to the original deposit method.

Due to restrictions in certain countries, we may not be able to pay funds back to your credit card and may require an alternative method for withdrawal. The countries are: Colombia, Venezuela, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.

We reserve the right to process withdrawals in EUR or USD regardless of the requested currency.

Notwithstanding the above, we will try to accommodate your preferences.

Any payments of funds made to you from Casino RedKings are subject to a surcharge to cover costs such as wire transfers, checks or online wallets which we will deduct from your balance before processing the withdrawal. The surcharges are as follows:

  • Wire Transfer = €10.00*(over €500 no charge)
  • Check Payment = €15.00
  • Courier Check = €50.00 (Cashouts of €1000 and over only)
  • Credit card – no charge*
  • Neteller - no charge
  • Moneybookers - no charge

  • ClickAndBuy - no charge

Such surcharges are subject to change.

Due to the processing time and charges applied by your bank for cashing a Check we strongly recommend using an alternative withdrawal method.

Regardless of the amount requested, wire transfer and check withdrawals in RUB, NOK, SKK, DKK and ZAR carry a fee of €35 (which will be converted to your currency on the day the withdrawal is processed and removed from the requested amount).

All payments of funds from Casino RedKings are subject to a minimum fund requirement that is subject to change.

Transferring funds between accounts is strictly forbidden.

Withdrawals can only be made based upon the initial registration information provided by the player. Incorrect details will result in the closing of the account and all winnings will be void.

All winnings will be void if your name does not match the name on the credit card you use.

New deposits cannot be made while you have a withdrawal pending in your account. If new deposits are made while there is a withdrawal pending, that withdrawal request will be canceled, and your funds will be refunded to your Real Money Balance.

Players may set up their one-time withdrawal verification, prior to their initial withdrawal request, by sending the necessary documentation by email at support@CasinoRedKings.com or by fax at + 1-760-542-6028. This will speed up the withdrawal process.

Once you have made a request to withdraw your request will first be pending until midnight GMT the following day. Thereafter your request will be passed to our accounts department who will process your withdrawal during the next business day provided they have all the information required to make the withdrawal. You may modify or cancel your request to withdraw funds at anytime until your withdrawal has been completed and fully processed.

*Please note that you may not withdraw funds if you have pending bonuses or have not made your first deposit and played the required number of games. Any unused bonus balance will be removed in the event of a withdrawal.

The maximum winning amount that a player can cash-out is €10,000 per calendar month. All other winnings will be paid in monthly installments of €10,000 per calendar month.

Casino RedKings reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play. The wording ‘Irregular play’ may include but is not wholly restricted to any one or more of the following types of play:

  • Placing single bets equal to or greater than 10% of the value of the bonus credited to the player account, in advance of the wager requirement for that bonus having been met
  • Using the double-up feature to increase bet values
  • Placing even money bets on Baccarat and Roulette

Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns e.g. play patterns such as the playing for deliberate minimum risk, playing of equal, zero margin bets or hedge betting, placing single bets using your entire or the majority of your account balance and bonus, all of which shall be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Should the Casino deem that practices such as this have been utilized, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any cashins and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses.

In the event that you choose to cancel your request, within this three day processing period, your funds will be re-allocated to your Real Money Account

Artificial Intelligence Software

You agree not to use any artificial intelligence software (“AI software”) while using the software and/or website. Casino RedKings will act to detect and prevent the use of any AI software programs that enables you to have an unfair advantage over other players including but not limited to detecting the running of such programs on you computer.

Random Number Generator

You fully accept that the random number generator software (RNG), hosted on our servers in the Malta, will determine the value of dice, cards dealt, spins. Our RNG software is periodically checked and approved by external IT experts as are our accounting and financial systems.

Abusive or Offensive Language

Casino RedKings will not tolerate any abusive or offensive language or other behaviour considered inappropriate by Casino RedKings. Bad behaviour or language identified by Casino RedKings or brought to its attention may result in a suspension or loss of playing privileges or such other action as may be decided by Casino RedKings, including but not limited to account termination. It is also forbidden for players to use offensive nick names when they log into Casino RedKings. Players at any time may submit abuse or offences to support@CasinoRedKings.com.

Monitoring of the Site

Casino RedKings may electronically monitor the Site and the users of the Site at any time in order to ensure compliance with this Agreement and may disclose any information, record or electronic communication of a user of the Site: (a) In compliance with any law, regulation or authorized governmental request; (b) If such disclosure is necessary for the continued operation of the Site; or (c) To protect the rights or property of Casino RedKings or its partners.

Dormant & Inactive Accounts

If the Account Holder does not access and or log in to his account for a period of six (6) calendar months then his account will be considered a "dormant account". Casino RedKings will charge a 10% administration fee to that account on a monthly basis. The first fee will be charged at the end of the sixth month after the last login was recorded.

If your player account remains dormant for more than thirty (30) calendar months, we will remit your player account balance (if any) to you, after deducting the necessary fees. In case that the player cannot be located then the remaining funds (if any) will be remitted to the Lotteries & Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta.

Inactive Account Fees

If your Account becomes Inactive, Casino RedKings is entitled to charge you a monthly administrative fee of €5 per month as long as your account remains Inactive, in accordance with the Casino RedKings Inactive Accounts Fee Rates. An account will be considered as “Inactive” if the account holder has not logged into Casino RedKings at least once during a period of 90 consecutive days. The monthly administrative fee is subject to change.

Refunds

You agree to pay any and all payments due to Casino RedKings or any third party in connection to your use of the Casino RedKings software. You further agree not to make any charge-backs and/or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your due payments and in such an event you will refund and compensate Casino RedKings for any and all unpaid payments including any expenses Casino RedKings incurs in the process of collecting your payment.

If you are totally dissatisfied with the service you have received, we will consider your case and refund your purchase so long as your reason is valid. To apply for a refund, e-mail us on support@CasinoRedKings.com If any complaint you may have, has not been resolved to your satisfaction you have the right to refer it to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta at complaints@lga.org.mt.

CasinoRedKings.com will provide an e-mail and chat room support service for its players. Players can send an e-mail to support@CasinoRedKings.com, detailing any questions or queries they may have and including the username of the players of Casino RedKings.

CasinoRedKings.com reserves the right to publish usernames, country of residence and first names of winners at their discretion. All players who win more than €20,000 are required to provide us with a photograph of themselves for promotional purposes.

Affiliations or Interest of Directors, Management and Employees

Employees, managers, directors, agents or consultants, of Casino RedKings and their relatives (including spouse, parent, partner, child or sibling) are not permitted to register with Casino RedKings or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the Games.

All content within this Site, including, but not limited to text, trade or service marks, graphics, animations, videos, music, audio, logos, icons and images (“Copyright Material”) are the property of Casino RedKings, except as provided herein, no portion of the materials on these pages may be reprinted, republished or used in any form without the express written permission of Casino RedKings. Termination

Casino RedKings may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice to you, in its sole and absolute discretion. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by emailing Casino RedKings at support@CasinoRedKings.com. Casino RedKings shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any aforementioned termination or suspension of the account.

Notices

Any notice we give to you, will be sent to the email address that you provided when you registered your Account It is your sole responsibility to keep your email address updated and active. Any notice you submit to us will be sent to support@CasinoRedKings.com, unless otherwise specified herein, such notices or other communications shall be deemed received (a) on the date delivered, if sent by email, (b) five business days after being sent, if sent by registered or certified mail. Each of the Parties hereto shall be entitled to specify a different address by giving notice as aforesaid to the other Party.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising in respect or connection with this Agreement, its interpretation, execution, performance, or the Parties and their relationship shall be governed and determined exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Malta, and the competent courts in Malta shall have sole jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Casino RedKings be liable to you or any third party for any contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with Your, or any third parties,, whether direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to any damages, loss of business profits[including loss of or failure to receive anticipated winnings], business interruption, loss of business information, or any other loss) arising out of or in connection with use of the software and/or Casino RedKings service (hereinafter “Casino RedKings Service”), whether or not Casino RedKings has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from, but not limited to, use or misuse of and reliance on Casino RedKings Service, from inability to use Casino RedKings Service, from any non compatibility between the software and User software or hardware or any damages caused by or as result of the software, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of Casino RedKings Service (including such damages incurred by third parties), or termination of user account, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Casino RedKings from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of Casino RedKings services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature.
